We stand by the quality of our bikes and scooters. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product. However, to ensure fairness for both parties:
✅ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ Any bike or scooter that has been ridden, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
✅ Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

12-Month Limited Warranty

Aussie Bike offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on frames, forks, and essential components. If an issue arises due to a defect, we will repair or replace the faulty part.

⚠️ What’s NOT Covered?
❌ Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

❌ Commercial or rental use.
